FIRST WRITING EXAM PART 2. In my case, I was studying in the school “Escola Espiga” when I learnt the most useful thing in life.  I was 8 years when my parents met an amazing woman called Ma. Carme who was teaching math in my school. This woman was very intelligent and admirable. One Sunday, we were having lunch at her home, when my parents and her husband went out for a walk. She, my brother and I stayed at her home. She took us to her garden. When we were there, she told us that in the school, we were supposed to learn it all from the books, but that the most important things, were not there. She said that we had to learn to differentiate between the useful and the important things in life, because it’s true that school is very important, but was also learn to live alone, to live your own life and to share your life with others, because maybe one day, we’ll be alone and nobody will be in our side.                                                                      It’s very

Is it better to watch a movie at home or at the cinema? Many people spend part of the weekend watching films both in cinemas and at home, but, what’s better? On the one hand, going to the cinema means that you’re going to watch a new film, what means apart from being new, the image and sound quality will be better than at home. But it is also true that at home, you don’t have to walk or maybe take a car to watch a movie that could be on Netflix, for example. On the other hand, watching a film at home means that you can stop it whenever you want, to do some popcorns, to go to the toilet, or what you want while in the cinema it takes more time to go out to do something you need to do. Another advantage of watching the film in the cinema is that you are absolutely concentrated on the film. In my opinion, it’s better to watch the movie at home, with a blanket and your friends without paying anything!           

HOW TO DRIVE YOUR STUDENT CRAZY IN 45 MINUTES? Well, first of all, arrive late for the class, 5 or 10 minutes. Open the door and get angry because there’s still one student missing. When he or she appears, even if he or she tells you the reason, don’t forget to give him or her big scolding for arriving late, like you. During the class, follow the textbook letter by letter; don’t let your students have interest for your subject. It doesn’t matter if they are sleeping thanks to your explanations. Don’t give them a fun explanation! Real life is very hard, so your class must be as well. If the students don’t stop talking in Catalan between them, give them a scolding, but the most important thing, shout at them to stop speaking in Catalan in the same language, so they can understand it. When the time to give the homework arrives, give the most homework possible for the next day. It doesn’t matter if they beg you not to do it because they have lots of homework or difficult exams.

THE FILM REVIEW Mamma Mia is a love and adventure film based on the songs of an ancient group called ABBA. Is it set on a island called “Kalokairi” in Greece and tells the story of a 20 year old girl that is to get married and wants to know who her father is before doing it. The leading role is played by Amanda Seyfried. The film also stars Maryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Christine Baranski. The main characters are Sophie, the girl that is going to get married and Donna, her mother (Maryl Streep). The story begins when Sophie reads her mother’s old diary and discovers that her father could be 3 different people, so she finally decides to invite all of them to the wedding. They appear and her mother thinks that they came to ruin her daughter’s wedding and tries to chase them out.
